Your First Appointment

If you are bringing your pet for the first time, please arrive early to fill out an information sheet and bring the following with you:

• List of symptoms/signs of illness
• Medical and vaccine history information
• Blood work and other previous lab results
• X-rays
• List of all current medications

Riverdale Veterinary Group accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, cash, and personal checks (drivers license required).

Care Credit: Because medical conditions often arise without warning, we are proud to offer Care Credit. This is a payment plan that offers instant financing with the first three months interest free.

Patient Procedures

Surgery, dentistry, and sometimes x-rays require sedation or anesthesia in order to prevent stress and pain. It is important that you withhold food and water after midnight the night before your pet's scheduled procedure.

Please arrive at Riverdale Veterinary Group between 8:45 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. If you need to drop off your pet the evening before, there is no boarding fee.
